I had a fantastic experience staying at Cozy in Ha Giang. the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed for the Ha Giang loop. They even booked a bus for us to continue our journey afterwards. the atmosphere at the hostel was really nice, with a pool table and a delicious breakfast. the rental bikes were solid and reliable, and the staff was always ready to offer helpful advice. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone planning to do the loop. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 😄.

cozy hostel in ha giang exceeded my expectations! friendly staff, good breakfast, and great location. owner went above and beyond to help us with the ha giang loop and even arranged our bus onward. would definitely recommend staying here.

My recent stay at Ha Giang Cozy Hostel was a pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast provided was really nice, and I appreciated the variety of options available. The rental possibilities were also a plus, especially since I got a bike in great condition. On top of all that, the staff went above and beyond when I had a unique issue and needed my passport sent to me urgently. They promptly arranged for it to be delivered to Hanoi, and I received it the very next day. The hostel staff also spoke great English, which made communication easy. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
